Terms of Service

TapTap Table lets a restaurant build a menu, generate QR codes for its tables, and show that menu on a guest's phone when the code is scanned. Depending on your settings it can also take table bookings, show a photo gallery, and collect scan analytics.

It is a menu and marketing tool. It is not a point-of-sale system, it does not process your guests' payments, and it does not handle food orders to your kitchen.

• You must be authorised to act for the restaurant you register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done from your account.
• One account represents one restaurant. Tell us if you need several outlets under one login.
• Give us accurate contact details — they are how we reach you about billing and outages.

Your menu, photos, logo, prices and restaurant details belong to you. We store and display them only to run the service for you, and we do not sell them or use them to advertise anything.

You confirm you have the right to use what you upload — in particular that photographs are yours or licensed to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, allergen information and any claims made in your menu.

If you close your account you can export or delete your data first. We delete it from our live systems within 30 days of closure.

• Plans are ₹500 per month or ₹3,000 per year, charged in advance in Indian Rupees.
• New accounts get a free trial period. No card is needed to start it.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of your plan.
• If a payment fails, your account moves to a limited state. Your data is kept, not deleted.

Some features — reading a menu from a photo or PDF, writing dish descriptions, generating a flyer — use an AI model and consume AI credits. Each account gets a starting balance; more can be added.

• Credits are consumed when a request runs, and are returned automatically if the request fails on our side.
• AI output is a draft. Check it before publishing — especially prices, allergens and dish names.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

You may not use TapTap Table to:

• publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• upload material you do not have permission to use;
• attempt to access another restaurant's account or data;
• resell the service, or run automated requests designed to exhaust our AI or storage capacity;
• interfere with the service's operation for anyone else.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can interrupt it. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we can.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for lost profit, lost custom or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, refunding any period you have paid for but not used, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the city of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
